Instructor: Natasha De Bono, 2nd Dan, has opened her new dojo at IJP School, Barkingside, Ilford. Classes will be on Thursdays: 4.15 - 5.15pm (6-16 year olds) and 7.30 - 8.30pm (women & girls only)
