The 45th EKF Senior Championships, in Athens Greece

NLSK and CKC black belt Karen Dolphin will be competing at the 45th EKF Senior Championships, in Athens Greece. She will compete in the Ladies Individual Kata category.

There were over 400 competitors taking part from England and Germany.

This was the first competition this year that NLSK concentrated only on kata and no kumite, due to work commitments and injuries.
