North London Shotokan Karate (NLSK) held it's first Black Belt Grading of 2008.
There was an hours training first, then followed straight away with a 90 minutes grading. Which consisted of advanced techniques of Kihon, five different Katas and Kumite. Ferhat Seferoglu passed his Shodan (first black belt) & Natasha De Bono her Nidan (second black belt). Both have been training really hard for this day and it paid off for both of them.
